Fiber Laser Marking Machine
RedShift Specializes in . Laser Systems
The Fiber Laser Marking Machine offers an all-in-one station. Includes an adjustable Galvo scanner head that can project between 20 to 50 watts of fiber laser power. Operates using a solid-state 1064nm fiber laser that is built to serve with very little maintenance and zero consumables. Quickly and permanently mark or etch most metals or industrial polymers.
Advantages of Fiber Laser Marking
Excellent beam quality
The beam quality is much better than traditional solid-state laser marking machines. The focused spot diameter is less than 20μm and the divergence angle is 1/4 of that of a semiconductor pump laser. Particularly suitable for precision and fine marking.
Low cost of use
With a maximum photoelectric conversion efficiency of 30%, the whole machine consumes less than 500W, which is 1/10 of a lamp-pumped solid-state laser marking machine, greatly saving energy consumption.
Maintenance-free
The laser does not require any maintenance and there is no need to adjust or clean the lenses.
Long service life of the laser
Fiber laser marking machines use a laser diode as the pump source and have an average operating life of up to 100,000 hours.
Fast processing speed
5.More than 3 times the processing speed of traditional laser marking machines

Frequently Asked Questions
How Does a Fiber Laser Marking Machine Work?
The Fiber Laser Marking Machine produces a laser beam by pumping a very intense light through the fiber optic cables. These fiber optic cables are doped with ytterbium which helps to release the energy in the form of photons. The photons then create a laser beam as they are exiting the fiber optic cable.
What Material Can a Fiber Laser Mark?
Fiber Laser can mark on metals, such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, silver, gold, and on some non-metal polymers, wood, and acrylic.
