Redshift flatbed Laser Cutter, characterized by the large-format working table and higher power,  widely adopted for cutting Flexible materials, textile fabric etc. Upgrade configuration with rack & pinion transmission and servo motor-driven devices available to provide steady and efficient conveying and cutting. CO2 glass laser tube and CO2 RF metal laser tube are optional for different fabrics with various thicknesses, gram weights, and densities.

Fully Enclosed Safety Cover

A protective enclosure surrounding the laser cutting area, designed to contain laser radiation and shield operators from exposure to the laser beam during operation, ensuring safety.

This system comprises a conveyor belt equipped with a negative pressure suction mechanism that securely holds flat materials in place during laser cutting or engraving processes. The vacuum conveyor ensures stable material positioning and movement throughout the cutting or engraving operation, contributing to precision and accuracy in the final product.

A mechanism that automatically feeds materials into the laser cutting machine, enabling continuous operation and reducing the need for manual intervention in loading and unloading materials.

A laser cutting configuration equipped with two laser heads, enabling increased productivity by cutting or engraving multiple pieces simultaneously or performing different operations on the same piece.

Each head operates simultaneously to cut multiple pieces at once. This configuration significantly boosts productivity, especially for fabric and leather small pieces cutting operations.
