This Galvo & Gantry Laser Machine equipped with a single CO2 laser tube, offers a significant advantage by performing both laser perforation and cutting. This dual functionality maximizes machine utilization and minimizes the space required. Featuring a 1600mm x 1000mm working table, this machine accommodates most standard fabric sizes, ensuring consistent laser-cut holes without the need for interruptions or manual adjustments. Beyond its powerful and clean cutting capabilities, the machine excels in high-speed laser perforation, achieving up to 4,500 holes in just 1 minutes. Furthermore, with the integration of a conveyor system, automatic feeding, cutting, and perforating processes can be implemented to significantly boost production efficiency.

Galvo Laser Head & Gantry Laser Head
Equipped with both Galvo and Gantry laser heads, this versatile CO₂ laser system is capable of high-precision cutting, perforating, engraving, and marking on fabrics, leather, and other industrial flexible materials.
The X-Y gantry system ensures stable and accurate contour cutting, while the Galvo laser head delivers fast and uniform perforation, along with high-speed, fine-detail engraving. This machine is widely used in industries such as sportswear fabrication, garment accessories, leather footwear components, and automotive interior processing.

It is so convenient for the fabric laser perforating and cutting like fashion and sportswear. Sheet and roll fabric can be all uploaded on the working table and be laser processed. You can first laser perforation and then start fabric laser cutting. If only laser perforated fabric, that’s also accessible.
